Quite Now Kentucky is a free tobacco cessation program that uses evidence-based strategies to help people quit tobacco products. Counselors can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and participants can access nicotine replacement therapies by participating (exclusions apply). American Lung Association Quit Smoking Resources
The American Lung Association provides the evidence-based cessation classes Freedom From Smoking (for adults) and Not-On-Tobacco (for youth). They also provide information on the health effects of smoking, vaping, and how you can help others quit tobacco.
